Terms & Conditions

Effective: 8 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Unlabelled, including the public website at unlabelled.cc, the tools available at cms.unlabelled.cc and emee.unlabelled.cc, and related services.

By using Unlabelled, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Unlabelled is operated by:

Unlabelled SL
NIF ESB65395956
Font de Cabrera 17
08348 Cabrils
Spain

For questions about these Terms, and for privacy-related questions, contact privacy@unlabelled.cc.

2. What Unlabelled Is

Unlabelled is a growing collection of practical tools for working on the web. At present there are two:

  • Unlabelled CMS (“the CMS”), at cms.unlabelled.cc, for writing and publishing the content of a website you already have.
  • Unlabelled Inbox (“the Inbox”), at emee.unlabelled.cc, which brings the mailboxes you connect into one place.

Sections 6 to 9 apply to the CMS. Sections 10 to 13 apply to the Inbox. Everything else applies to both.

We may add, change or remove tools over time. Seeing a tool on unlabelled.cc does not mean that it is already available to you.

3. Early Access

Some Unlabelled tools may be offered in early access.

Early-access software is still being developed. This means:

  • features may change;
  • functionality may be added or removed;
  • bugs and interruptions may occur;
  • interfaces and workflows may change;
  • data formats may change as the product develops.

We will take reasonable care to operate the service reliably, but you should not rely on an early-access tool as the only copy or record of important information.

4. Accounts

You need an Unlabelled account to use the tools.

You can register an account yourself, or we can create one for you. A new account has no access to any tool until we grant it. Registering does not give any permission by itself, and access to one tool does not give access to another.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • keeping your sign-in details secure;
  • not sharing your account with another person;
  • telling us if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity resulted from a security failure on our side.

If you use Unlabelled on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the material you write, upload or connect in Unlabelled. This may include, for example:

  • posts and pages;
  • images and documents;
  • your mail and its attachments;
  • names and contact information;
  • other files or information you add to a tool.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You give us only the limited permission necessary to store, process, copy, display and, where you ask us to, publish or send that material, so that we can provide Unlabelled to you and the people you have authorised.

This permission ends when the material is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable technical processing and backup periods, and to section 8 for the CMS.

We do not use your content or your mail to train AI models.

6. The CMS: Your Website

The CMS connects to a website you already have. It does not host your website.

What you write and upload is saved in your website’s source code repository, and your website is published through its own normal build process. The repository, the hosting of your website and its domain remain yours and are subject to the terms of the providers you chose for them.

You are responsible for deciding who may edit your website, and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

7. The CMS: Material You Publish

You must have the right to publish the material you place in the CMS.

Do not publish material that:

  • infringes somebody else’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
  • is unlawful;
  • contains malware or malicious code;
  • you are not authorised to publish on that website.

If you are working for a client or other rights holder, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to publish their material.

Publishing makes material public. You are responsible for checking what you publish before you publish it.

8. The CMS: History of Changes

Every change made through the CMS is recorded in the website’s repository under the name and email address of the person who made it. Other editors of the website can see who changed what and when, and if the repository is public, so can anyone.

That history is, by design, permanent. Removing a post removes it from the website, but earlier versions remain in the repository’s history. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. The CMS: Scheduled and Draft Content

The CMS lets you keep content as a draft or schedule it for a later date.

A scheduled post appears when your website is next built after that date, so the moment it becomes visible depends on your website’s own build process. Check that time-critical content has appeared as intended.

10. The Inbox: The Mailboxes You Connect

The Inbox is an email client. It connects to mailboxes you already have. It does not give you a mailbox of its own: your mail continues to be held and delivered by your provider.

  • Connect only mailboxes that are yours, or that you are authorised to use.
  • By connecting a mailbox, you allow the Inbox to read its mail and to act on it as you instruct. How that data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your use of each mailbox remains subject to your provider’s own terms.
  • You can disconnect a mailbox at any time. Doing so deletes what the Inbox stored from it and leaves the mailbox itself unchanged.

11. The Inbox: Sending Mail

The Inbox sends mail on your instruction, from your own mailbox and through your own provider.

You are responsible for what you send and to whom. Mail you send is subject to your provider’s limits and rules, and the Inbox cannot recall a message once your provider has accepted it.

Do not use the Inbox to send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or mail that misrepresents who it is from.

12. The Inbox: Send Later, Snooze and Reminders

The Inbox can send a message at a time you choose, hide a conversation until later, and remind you to follow up.

These features depend on the Inbox and your provider both being reachable at the chosen time. We take reasonable care that they run when they should, but a scheduled message may be sent late, or may fail to send. Where a message is time-critical, check that it was sent.

13. The Inbox: Your Provider Is Still the Record

The Inbox shows you a copy of your mail. Your mailbox at your provider remains the authoritative record of what you have received and sent.

Do not rely on the Inbox as the only copy of important mail, and check with your provider if something appears to be missing.

14. What You May Not Do

You must not use Unlabelled to:

  • break the law;
  • interfere with the service or other users;
  • attempt to gain access to accounts, websites, mailboxes or systems you are not authorised to access;
  • bypass security or access controls;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • deliberately overload or disrupt the service;
  • scrape or systematically extract data from the service without permission;
  • reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly gives you that right;
  • use Unlabelled to infringe another person’s rights.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect Unlabelled, its users or third parties.

15. Unlabelled Intellectual Property

Unlabelled itself belongs to Unlabelled SL and its licensors. This includes, where applicable:

  • the software;
  • interface;
  • design;
  • branding;
  • logos;
  • documentation;
  • underlying systems;
  • original templates and other material created by us.

Using Unlabelled does not transfer ownership of any of these rights to you.

You may use Unlabelled only for the purposes for which the service is provided.

16. Feedback

We welcome suggestions, ideas and requests for new tools or features.

If you send us an idea, you remain free to use that idea yourself. However, submitting a suggestion does not give you ownership over an Unlabelled feature or product that we later build, even where it is similar to something you suggested.

You allow us to use feedback and suggestions to develop and improve Unlabelled without owing you compensation.

17. Availability

We aim to keep Unlabelled available and working reliably, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • technical problems;
  • security incidents;
  • infrastructure or internet failures;
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also temporarily disable functionality where that is reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

18. Changes to Unlabelled

Unlabelled is an evolving product. We may change:

  • features;
  • interfaces;
  • workflows;
  • technical requirements;
  • individual tools;
  • the way tools interact with each other.

We may also discontinue a tool.

Where a material change affects existing users or their stored work, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice where practical.

19. Fees

Unlabelled is currently available without charge.

There is currently no payment provider connected to the service.

We may introduce paid plans or paid tools in the future.

We will not begin charging you automatically merely because you previously used a free or early-access version.

If payment is introduced, the relevant price and payment terms will be shown before you agree to purchase anything.

20. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

Unlabelled relies on third-party technology and infrastructure providers to operate. Our current providers are described in our Privacy Policy.

The tools also work with services that you choose yourself: the place your website’s repository is hosted, and your mail providers. Those services are not ours, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Although we select our providers with care, parts of the service may sometimes be affected by failures, interruptions or changes in third-party services that are outside our direct control.

21. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of how Unlabelled operates but is not replaced by these Terms.

Where a company uses Unlabelled to process personal data on behalf of others, additional data-protection obligations may apply. A Data Processing Agreement can be requested where required.

22. Your Responsibility for What You Publish and Send

Unlabelled is designed to help you publish content and handle mail. It does not replace your own judgement.

You remain responsible for checking material before you publish it or send it, and for decisions you make on the basis of information shown in a tool.

23. No Professional Advice

Unlabelled does not provide legal, accounting, tax or other regulated professional advice.

24. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that, Unlabelled is provided on an “as available” basis, particularly during early access.

We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

We are also not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Unlabelled, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or a message or publication that was delayed, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.

You remain responsible for keeping appropriate copies and backups of important material.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

25. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Unlabelled at any time. You may also ask us to close your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;
  • your use creates a security risk;
  • your use is unlawful;
  • we are legally required to do so;
  • continuing to provide the service is no longer reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, we will try to give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

You can request deletion of your account and stored data as described in our Privacy Policy.

26. If Unlabelled Closes a Service

If we decide to discontinue a tool that holds your material, we will make reasonable efforts to give affected users advance notice and, where reasonably possible, an opportunity to take their material with them.

Your website’s content stays in your own repository, and your mail stays in your own mailbox, whatever happens to a tool.

This does not apply where immediate closure is necessary for legal, security or technical reasons.

27. Changes to These Terms

Unlabelled will evolve, and these Terms may need to change with it.

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Where reasonably possible, we will also tell existing account holders about significant changes that affect their use of the service.

Continuing to use Unlabelled after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms apply to your continued use.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you use Unlabelled as a business or professional user, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Unlabelled SL’s registered office, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you use Unlabelled as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available to you under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

29. Contact

Questions about these Terms, and privacy questions, can be sent to privacy@unlabelled.cc.
